More specifically, it is anticipated that our clients will provide us with information about their employees and employees of companies with which our clients do business such as their name, title, company name, address, email address, or telephone numbers. This information will be stored in a computer database to facilitate automated notification through our software hosted solution. By providing us with personally identifiable information, clients represent and warrant that they have permission from those consumers about whom they are providing the personally identifiable information or that they otherwise have the legal right to disclose that information to be used with our software hosted solution over the Internet.

Who We May Share Your Information With: We do not sell or rent any personal information to any third parties. We may share personally identifiable information with others with whom our clients contract to facilitate the use of our software hosted solution. For example, through the use of our automated software, personally identifiable information about our clients who is providing a service under a service contract with their client may be provided to their clients so that they can establish that the service was provided by, on a specific date, and at a specific time. This information may be broadcast via email to those clients as required by contract or agreed to between our clients and their clients. Naturally, if we are required by court order, a lawfully issued subpoena, or are otherwise required by law, and agreed by REPORTRACK's attorneys, we will disclose personally identifiable information to the extent so required.
